HydroSurv are innovators of uncrewed surface vehicles for robotic marine applications. They came to us looking for a new website which had a sophisticated feel, helping to elevate their brand. The site needed to be visually enticing, easy to navigate and work for their future marketing endevors including SEO.
In addition to this, their new website also needed to reflect their recent growth, they expanded into new territories and wanted to increase awareness about this.
The website has been built in WordPress, allowing the client to easily add and alter their own website content, including adding new pages and images.
Of course, the website is fully responsive, which is a standard for every Daneswood website. Over 50% of people opt for a mobile when browsing the internet, so it’s crucial that our websites are built to suit their needs.
New content has been added to the new website, including a dedicated section showing HydroSurv’s sustainability goals, which is a big part of who they are and something they wanted to shout about a little bit more.
Their old brochure site had only four pages, so this new website provides people with much more content on who they are and what they do, which will also benefit their SEO.
In addition, the team enabled videos to be used as featured images on the blog page. While not a standard feature, they understood that this would add to the value of the content for readers.
Finally, the team added a password protected ‘Investors’ area to the new website which HydroSurv can manage themselves and allow investors to safely view private documents.
