A: The Contract is a minimum of twelve months then a monthly rolling contract. We ask for 30 days' notice, required in advance to terminate or reduce your Contract.
A: Updating Security and Other Plugins is an essential part of all our contracts. You won't even need to ask, it will all be done for you.
A: Hosting Includes: Primary .co.uk or .com Domain Name; SSL for increased security and Google visibility; Hosting with 24/7 monitoring and data replication, including 30 days continuous off-site back up; 3GB bandwidth, 10GB data storage.
A: We aim to be flexible and do not operate "bandwidth throttling" or similar effects that would negatively impact on your website. If you consistently exceed the limits set, we will contact you to discuss upgrading your service and which options will serve you best. These options could include your own Virtual or Dedicated server or simply buying more bandwidth or storage.
A: Our GDPR compliant servers are located in a secure UK based, data centre, linked to the backbone of the Internet to ensure quick upload times, the server data is duplicated to a second server in real time and then we take daily backups, which are stored in a second UK based, data centre for 30 days. The servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.What more could you want?
