The first thing we do is meet up with you, informally over a coffee, and we listen. We like to do things face to face, as we work with a person and not just a business. We ask you countless questions about the business, most importantly your processes and what isn’t working with your existing site. We rarely talk about ourselves at the first meeting, as we need to know the problems that your underachieving website is giving you, so we can come up with digital solutions to fix them.
We discuss your budget, the parameters you will face if you have a lower budget and if your budget is higher, we discuss ensuring you have the admin time in your office to work with us in delivering a high value website, and then maintaining the content yourself after ‘go live’.
We then present you with a full proposal (without any techy jargon) laying out our reasons behind our recommendations for improvement, which will be based on solid digital best practice, across all mobile devices. We also advise on SEO and digital marketing and how we can bolster your social channels going forward.
But although that proposal is about the nuts and bolts of a new website, it is still the person behind the business we are interested in. We only want to produce a website that you can afford, maintain and really need.
