Putting the digital brew on
Coffeeworks are like a lot of clients who come to us, who have a great offline business, that has a loyal and established client base, but had let their online presence fall behind their offline success. They knew they had to improve their website and showcase their brands, machines and products, as well as their customer service across Devon. As the official distributer for Lavazza coffee in the South West, they needed to be more competitive with digital, and start getting their success stories out there.
We overhauled the site design and focussed on not only showing coffee machines of all shape and sizes, but the whole ‘coffeeworks experience’ where they not only put in the machine, they supply the coffee, the branded take away cups, the signage, menus and sugar stirrers. We helped source some stock photography to compliment the bespoke photography provided, and we worked closely with their Sales Manager in pulling out case studies for the vertical markets that they service.
We continued to support Coffeeworks with ongoing digital marketing for the first quarter after they went live, to kick-start their publicity, helping with posts on Facebook and Twitter and getting their name and products out into the digital networking world.
