Meet Magento

A hardworking shop platform choice for the high volume online retailer

Magento is an open-source digital ecommerce platform and the second largest shop platform in the world, however in terms of merchandising revenue it’s considered the biggest. It is a powerful online engine and used for businesses with a high volume sales turnover and industry specific needs.

It has a large community following, who develop plugins and extensions that can be designed and used, although these all come at a cost each time. It is a large and complex platform so not suitable for beginners and if you are a small retailer with a small product set, it’s not for you. For larger shops then it really packs a punch.
