Copywriting for digital workshop
At Daneswood we know that your website and social media pages are often the main link to your customers. Which is why it’s crucial to make sure your copy is sharp, consistent and engaging.
So, to help you make the most of your digital content we’ve teamed up with experienced copywriter, Sam Bowhay to develop an inspiring, practical and informative copywriting masterclass.
In this FREE and highly practical workshop, we’ll explore five fundamental copywriting tips to help you develop deeper relationships and more authentic connections with your customers.
Well written copy is powerful.
Words alone can win hearts, change minds and encourage action. But writing content for your ecommerce site or social media feed can sometimes be a hassle. After all, it takes time to work out what to say, how to say it – and even when and where’s best to promote your message.
Whether you write or commission copy, the workshop will equip you with five fundamental guidelines to keep your message sharp and your customers engaged:
- Personas – know your customer
- Planning – prevent poor performance
- Tone of voice – it’s not what you say, it’s the way you say it
- Selling vs storytelling – build connections to inspire action
- Finessing your message – write hot, edit cold.
With an emphasis on fun, practical and experiential learning fuelled by caffeine and croissants, you’ll leave buzzing with ideas to bring out the best in all your communications.

Feedback from previous events:
“I learnt so much with the Copywriting Masterclass. Sam makes an incredibly complex subject seem easily tangible to the average person. The masterclass was set out in a clear, concise and informative way and, surprisingly, was a ton of fun! I would recommend this class to anyone thinking about marketing their own business or to better your current skill set in the craft. I would absolutely do it again.” Kat Savage, Meraki Circle
“Sam is a superb trainer with oodles of experience and copy writing wisdom. We were given a heap of information, and plenty of “exercises” to get our creative thoughts flowing. I came away buzzing with ideas for how to improve my copy. Thoroughly recommended.” Peter Lanyon, Peter Lanyon Furniture
With a long career in copywriting, Sam’s racked up a roster of clients that range from starts-ups and small businesses to internationally-renowned brands.
